香港(限本地運送)
運費
- 所有本地訂單凡購物滿港幣300元(扣除所有折扣及優惠券後) ,即可享免費送貨服務

消費額 運費 指定金額300以上 免運費(只限香港客戶) 運費到付 消費300港元以下(扣除所有折扣及優惠券後) $30運費起 視乎物件體積/重量而定 一般貨物消費滿 300元(扣除所有折扣及優惠券後) 免運費 (只限香港客戶/ 優惠期內的其他地方客戶)

運送方式/到貨時間
- 顧客落單後,基本產品我們通常會在3個工作日內發貨, 如訂單較多, 會廷遲多2個工作日
- (普通物流/順豐物流) 運送時效2-4天 (不計算發貨時間在內)
- 客製/訂製貨物 (如電子琴印名服務 / 其他缺貨產品) 會在5-14個工作日內寄出
- 偏遠地區有機會額外附加費用視乎物流公司而定
注意事項
- 由於CityRocker是委託以上託運公司的第三方服務把商品寄出,實際配送過程與時間由速遞公司安排。
- 如果客户提供的地址不完整或不正確,而導致您的包裹寄失或退回給我們,CityRocker.Ltd 不承擔任何因地址失誤引起的訂單貨物遺失責任。如需重新送貨至更正地址,您必須支付再次發貨的費用。
- 如有退貨產品, 客戶須承擔來回運費, 退貨產品必須是完整包裝 (我們收到退貨後, 會在退款中, 直接扣除來回運費後, 退款會在3個工作天內退還。)
若有任何爭議,CityRocker.Ltd 保留最終的決定權。
As CityRocker relies on the third-party shipping services of the designated courier company to dispatch your goods, the actual delivery process and timing are arranged by the courier. If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in the loss or return of your package, CityRocker Ltd assumes no responsibility for any order or merchandise loss due to address errors. If you need the goods to be resent to a corrected address, you will be required to pay the reshipping fee.
For returned products, customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. The returned products must be in complete packaging. After we receive the returned goods, the refund, minus the round-trip shipping costs, will be processed within 3 working days.
In case of any disputes, CityRocker Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision.
換貨政策
我們接受在收到貨後,在未經修改和完整包裝的情況下發現的非人為損壞的換貨。
所有貨品只允許換貨一次,並只能換同款、同顏色、同尺碼的貨品。
請在訂單交收後的4天內,將訂單號和退換詳細原因聯絡我們的GMAIL : cityrocker.net@gmail.com,以申請退換。然後將原整包裝的產品寄給我們。我們恕不對寄失包裹負責。
發現非人為損壞的換貨將由本店負責運費。我們在成功收到需退換的貨品後,便會盡快寄出替換貨品。
普通貨品超出4天換貨時間的換貨申請將一概不獲接受。
We accept exchanges for non-man-made damages discovered after receiving the goods, provided they are in unmodified and complete packaging.
Each item is eligible for exchange only once and can only be exchanged for the same model, color, and size.
Please contact us via email at cityrocker.net@gmail.com with your order number and detailed reasons for exchange within 4 days after order delivery to initiate the exchange process. Subsequently, send the product back to us in its original packaging. We are not responsible for lost packages.
The shipping cost for exchanges due to non-man-made damages will be covered by our store. Once we successfully receive the item for exchange, we will promptly send out the replacement.
Exchange requests for regular items beyond the 4-day timeframe will not be accepted.
