退款 / 退貨政策


1.  個人原因退款（例如：改變主意、不喜歡、不想要等）
訂單一經確認，我們恕不提供因個人喜好改變而退款的服務。
我們非常理解每位客人的購物心情，因此誠意提醒：
請在下單前仔細確認商品詳情、尺寸、顏色及需求，以確保這是最適合您的選擇。

2.  產品質量問題
•  收貨後7天內聯絡我們
•  經確認屬品質問題，我們將免費重新寄出相同產品（來回運費由本店全額承擔）
•  若超過7天退貨期限，來回運費需由客人自行負責

3.  因缺貨、停產或存貨不足導致的退款

•  本店將全額辦理退款
•  退款方式：按原付款方式退回
•  若使用信用卡付款，需扣除第三方支付平台收取的手續費：

3.3% + HK$2.35
（此費用由支付平台直接收取，與本店無關）

手續費計算範例（以訂單金額 HK$399 為例）：
399 × 3.3% + 2.35
= 399 × 0.033 + 2.35
= 13.167 + 2.35
= HK$15.52（四捨五入後約數）

實際退款金額 = 原訂單金額 − 支付平台手續費
請客人理解並留意此扣費機制。

1.  Refunds for Change of Mind / Personal Reasons
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or similar reasons.
We truly value your satisfaction and kindly ask that you review the product details, images, size, and description carefully before placing your order.

2.  Product Quality Issues
•  Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
•  If the issue is confirmed to be a quality defect, we will resend the same product free of charge (all return and reshipping postage borne by our store)
•  If the return is requested after the 7-day period, return and reshipping postage must be borne by the customer
3.  Refund Due to Out of Stock, Discontinued, or Insufficient Inventory
•  We will process a full refund for the customer
•  Refund method: Returned via the original payment method
•  For payments made by credit card, a handling fee charged by the third-party payment platform will be deducted:
3.3% + HK$2.35
(This fee is charged directly by the payment platform and is not collected by our store)
Handling Fee Calculation Example (based on an order amount of HK$399):
399 × 3.3% + 2.35
= 399 × 0.033 + 2.35
= 13.167 + 2.35
= HK$15.52 (rounded approximate amount)
Actual refund amount = Original order amount − Payment platform handling fee
Please understand and take note of this deduction mechanism.
