HK Payment Code (Payme/Alipay HK/Bank Desposit/FPS)

1. Payme Code

選擇以 Payme 付款的顧客，請按以下步驟進行交易： 

  1. 打開PayMe App後點擊右上角的QR code圖案

  2. 直接掃描此頁的paycode，在訊息欄備註訂單編號 ( 已顯示在確認訂單的電郵中)

  3. 透過Email內的回覆功能，回覆確認訂單的郵件，上載付款截圖並傳送

  4. 成功付款後，我們會在一個工作天內向客人發出【已付款】通知

  • 請務必截圖以茲證明。未有上傳轉帳截圖或將被視作未完成交易而需重新付款

For customers choosing to make payment using PayMe, please follow the steps below for the transaction:

  1. Open the PayMe App and click on the QR code icon in the top right corner.
  2. Scan the paycode on this page directly and include the order number in the message section (as displayed in the order confirmation email).
  3. Reply to the order confirmation email using the email's reply function, upload the payment screenshot, and send it.
  4. After successful payment, we will send a "Payment Received" notification to the customer within one working day.

Please be sure to take a screenshot for verification purposes. Failure to upload the transfer screenshot will be considered an incomplete transaction, and you will need to make the payment again.

 

 

 

2.Alipay HK Code

選擇以 Alipay HK 付款的顧客，請直接匯入Alipay Code ，並輸入金額，透過Email內的回覆功能，回覆確認訂單的郵件，上載付款截圖並傳，

成功付款後，我們會在一個工作天內向客人發出【已付款】通知

For customers choosing to make payment using Alipay HK, please follow these steps:

  1. Directly import the Alipay Code and enter the amount.
  2. Reply to the order confirmation email using the email's reply function, and upload the payment screenshot.
  3. After successful payment, we will send a "Payment Received" notification to the customer within one working day.

Please make sure to provide the necessary details and upload the payment screenshot for verification. Upon confirmation of the successful payment, we will promptly notify you that the payment has been received.

3.Bank Deposit

選擇以 Bank Deposit 付款的顧客，請按以下步驟進行交易：

  1. 可透過 E-banking / PayMe App (Pay to a bank account) 轉賬及付款

  2. 轉賬時請填寫以下資料:

    1. 收款銀行:恒生銀行有限公司 (HSB/HSBC通用) 

    2. 戶口號碼: 242-414944-883 

    3. 戶口收款人姓名:CITYROCKER LIMITED

  3. 付款時，請備註訂單編號 ( 已顯示在確認訂單的電郵中)，完成轉賬後請截圖上載付款截圖

  4. 成功付款後，我們會在一個工作天內向客人發出【已付款】通知

For customers choosing to make payment via Bank Deposit, please follow these steps:

  1. Use E-banking or the PayMe App (Pay to a bank account) for the transfer and payment.
  2. When making the transfer, provide the following details:
    • Receiving Bank: Hang Seng Bank Limited (HSB/HSBC applicable)
    • Account Number: 242-414944-883
    • Account Payee Name: CITYROCKER LIMITED
  3. During the payment, please include the order number in the remarks (as displayed in the order confirmation email). After completing the transfer, take a screenshot of the payment and upload it.
  4. After successful payment, we will send a "Payment Received" notification to the customer within one working day.

Please ensure that you include the necessary information and upload the payment screenshot for verification. Once the payment is confirmed, we will promptly notify you that the payment has been received.

 

 4. FPS(轉數快)

  1. 透過Email內的回覆功能，回覆確認訂單的郵件，上載付款截圖並傳送

To upload the payment screenshot via email, please follow these steps:
  1. Reply to the order confirmation email using the email's reply function.
  2. Attach the payment screenshot to your reply. Most email clients have an attachment option that allows you to upload files.
  3. Send the email with the attached payment screenshot.
This ensures that your payment documentation is provided to us for verification. If you encounter any issues or have additional instructions, please include them in your email reply. Once we receive and verify the payment screenshot, we will proceed accordingly and send you a "Payment Received" notification within one working day.
